wat wil ik leren, doen en bereiken?

Tijdens mijn eerste stage in Nederland heb ik stage gelopen bij Sion youg plants en orchids. Ik heb daar mee gelopen in het hele proces van de plant binnen het bedrijf, van begin tot eind. dit vond dit een heel leerzame ervaring en zou nu graag het begin tot het eind proces zien in Cosmic. Zo kan ik zien in hoe verre Nederland verschit in de orchidee business met canada. Ik denk dat het leren van de verschillen mij veel verder kan helpen in mijn toekomst.

Het tweede wat ik graag zou willen leren tijdens mijn stage is hoe alles logistiek word geregeld binnen het bedrijf. Het maken van orchideeën is een lang proces waar geen fouten in gemaakt mag worden. Hoe werkt dit systeem nu bij cosmic en hoe zou het beter kunnen? Ik denk dat dit een van de belangrijkste dingen is die je moet kunnen deze tijd, het inzien wat er beter moet en de oplossing kunnen bedenken hier voor.

Het laatste wat ik belangrijk en interessant vind, hoe worden de planten verkocht en ingekocht.  Met bijvoorbeeld de verkoop, is er dan veel persoonlijk contact of persoonlijke kennis met de klant? Gaan verkopers wel eens langs bij de klanten of leveranciers of komen klanten juist zelf op bezoek?

Dit zijn voor mij drie belangrijke punten waar ik meer op zou in willen gaan tijdens mijn stage en die ik graag zou willen leren.

For my first internship in Holland I worked at Sion Young plants and Orchids. I have learned all the ins and outs of the company. from the start were the small plants came in, till the end where they were sold. I really liked to learn everything about the company. That is one of the main reasons I wanted to come to Canada. To learn how different the Orchid world is in Canada from Holland. I think that when I know the differences that that will help me later in business life. 

The second thing I really want to learn in the time of this internship is the logistics in the company. Growing orchids is a very long process what needs a ‘perfect’ logistic system. How does your logistic system work and how could it be better” improved”? That is also something I learned in school, but in my experience, I learn more when I do things.  

The last thing I think is really important for me to learn in the company is how you buy your “Fust” and sell the grown plants to other companies and shops all over Ontario. Do you have personal contacts with your clients? Or do they send you an order and you just send them the details? Do you visit your clients or doe your clients come visit you?

This are three things I would really like to learn from you within my internship period.
